Cultivating Energy through breath and movement

Tai Chi is known to manage stress and pain, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, adjust mood, and improve balance. Come and enjoy this practice, done in a relaxed and fun atmosphere!


Tai Chi/Qigong for Balance and Stress

All are welcome!


Discover a sense of flow and relaxation when you join this class.

Learn a blend of simple Qigong techniques and symmetrical Tai Chi exercises that can be done while seated,
​in a stationary standing position, or combined with walking.


This class promotes strength and relaxation through slow and controlled movement.
It is a fun way to maintain and improve health!

This class is best-suited to users with some prior exposure to Tai Chi.
