Tai Chi/Qigong for Balance and Stress
This is an on-going class that comprises a variety of Qigong and Tai Chi forms. It is best suited to users with some prior exposure to Tai Chi.
All ages are welcome, though class is best suited to adults.
Discover a sense of flow and relaxation when you join this class.
It is known to strengthen the legs and core, reduce blood pressure,
calm anxiety and promote a terrific feeling of well-being.
This class promotes strength and relaxation through slow and controlled movement.
It is a fun way to maintain and improve health!
