All are Welcome to come play Tai Chi with us!
This practice can accelerate recovery from illness, improve balance, increase bone density and improve oxygen levels.
The slow, circular movements can be done while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with walking.
This class welcomes beginners and can be adapted to a variety of physical conditions.
Note: If you are experiencing health issues, please check with your physician prior to attending classes.
All classes are on Mondays. Holidays are excepted.
