This practice can accelerate recovery from illness, improve balance, increase bone density and improve oxygen levels. And it is FUN!
The slow, circular movements can be done while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with walking
This class welcomes beginners and can be adapted to a variety of physical conditions.
