Silk Reeling Qi Gong – An 8 Form set incorporating the principles of Silk Reeling
Silk reeling is at the center of Chen style Tai Chi training, helping to develop strength, internal energy, co-ordination, unity in movement, relaxation and grounding. This targets the tissues, ligaments, and tendons using slow, spiraling movements to overcome stiffness and cultivate more flexibility. When you gain greater flexibility, it becomes easier to move all parts of your body. Motion is lotion! |
