This Tai Chi Easy™ class combines a blend of meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi techniques and exercises that can be done while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with walking. These routines are known to manage stress and pain, improve sleep, and strengthen balance.
Tai Chi Easy ™ consists of simple exercises including:
Postural alignment, gentle movement, self-massage, and meditation. It can be done by people of all abilities.
The goal of this class is to have fun and keep moving!
