Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and cognitive skills. It aims to strengthen, relax and harmonize the body and mind, enhance the natural flow of energy, and improve health. It is especially uplifting when done in a group with music! This is not a competitive sport. All are encouraged to work at their own level.

Tai Chi Easy – 5 form | A FREE introductory class will be offered on March 30, 2023!!!
This class is a blend of flowing qigong movements and a 5-form Tai Chi that is designed to increase lung capacity, improve balance and lower blood pressure when practiced on a regular basis, standing or seated. Expect to have fun!
