Tai Chi Easy 1-Tuesdays
Tai Chi Easy™ is based on classic Tai Chi principles and fun to learn. This blend of Qigong and Tai Chi exercises can be done while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with walking. Tue 4/9 thru 4/30 Time: 10:00-11:00 AM |
Tai Chi Easy 2-Mondays
In Tai Chi Easy 2, we maintain the principles of Tai Chi Easy 1 and add more Tai Chi forms along with transitions for sets of 5, 8 & 24 . This class cannot easily be done in a seated position as the sets require some leg strength and walking. Mon 4/8 - 4/29 Time: 1:00 - 2:00 PM |
Drop-ins are welcome! (Refer to each class for fees)
Most classes are held at the Durham Public Library unless otherwise notified.
